Refunds are available if:
- The processed file fails to download or is corrupted
- The output file is significantly different from the preview shown before purchase
- The tool fails to apply the selected cleanup rules correctly
- A technical error prevents normal use of the processed file
- The request is made within 24 hours of purchase
Refunds are not provided for:
- Data issues that were already visible in the preview
- Expectations beyond the tool’s stated capabilities
- Files that require custom or manual cleanup beyond automated processing
- Minor variations that do not materially affect the usability of the data
